SkyChanger

SkyChanger is a lightweight Minecraft plugin for Spigot and Sponge that changes the apparent sky color on a player’s client. It can apply a visual effect to yourself, selected players, an entire world, everyone online, or players within a defined radius, making it useful for themed lobbies, events, atmospheric builds, and seasonal server experiences.

The plugin also includes freeze controls, permission based commands, configurable packet limits, multilingual messages, and a developer API. It supports Minecraft versions 1.8 through 1.16, while sky color changes are not possible from 1.17 onward.
