ServerLogSaver, automated log backup for Minecraft servers

ServerLogSaver is a Bukkit plugin designed to keep a Minecraft server’s main server.log file manageable. It periodically copies the active log to a configurable folder, then clears the original, helping limit oversized files and keep administration tidy. Backups can use timestamps, custom names, and optional compression.

Its flexible rotation system supports time intervals, file size thresholds, or server restarts. Administrators can also choose how many archives remain before older ones are purged. Optional console notices and the /sls copy and /sls zip commands add control. Created for older Bukkit releases, it is best considered a legacy utility.
