MehGravity, physics for a Minecraft server

MehGravity is a Bukkit plugin that radically changes block behavior by applying gravity to unsupported structures. When a connected group is no longer attached to the ground or bedrock, it falls as an intact structure, creating a more dynamic and destructive Minecraft server experience. Trees can collapse, floating platforms can descend, and tall pillars can be brought down from their base.

The plugin checks modified areas and uses a configurable block limit, set to 2,000 by default, to protect large builds. Chests keep their contents, while certain decorative or data based blocks may not move correctly. Because these checks are CPU intensive, MehGravity is best suited to carefully configured servers. At BoxToPlay, it adds a distinctive physics focused twist to survival gameplay.
