HeadDB is a configurable plugin for Paper and Folia that gives a Minecraft server access to more than 100,000 decorative heads through a convenient inventory GUI. Players can browse categories, search with filters, sort results, save favorites, and obtain player or custom heads without leaving the game.

Administrators can manage permissions, prices through optional Vault economy support, custom categories, tags, messages, sounds, and GUI layouts. Automatic database updates, verified caching, offline fallback, and a public API make it practical for creative servers and community integrations.
