GPFlags for GriefPrevention claims

GPFlags is a Java plugin for Paper, Purpur, and Spigot servers that extends GriefPrevention with configurable flags for protected claims. Server administrators can apply settings to one claim, all claims, or unclaimed areas, creating more precise control without depending on WorldEdit. With more than 80 available flags, it can adjust PvP, mob spawning, entry notifications, commands, interactions, and other gameplay behaviors.
