TAB Bridge, extending TAB across a proxy network

TAB Bridge is a backend plugin that expands TAB’s capabilities when TAB runs on a BungeeCord or Velocity proxy. It connects the proxy with connected Minecraft server instances, allowing important player data to be exchanged across the network.

It forwards PlaceholderAPI values, permission groups, vanish status, world, and gamemode information. This enables per world settings, invisible nametags, spectator fixes, and more consistent tablists, nametags, scoreboards, and layouts when players change servers.
