Anvil Unlocker is a Bukkit plugin for Minecraft Java Edition servers running Bukkit, Paper, or Spigot. It removes the vanilla “Too Expensive!” restriction, letting players complete anvil operations that exceed the standard cost limit of 40 levels. This is useful for long term survival, custom enchantment systems, and servers where powerful equipment should remain repairable and combinable.

The maximum cost is configurable from 41 to 32,767, with no permissions required. ProtocolLib is required, and vanilla client limitations mean costs above 40 do not turn red based on available experience. Costs above 32,767 are unsupported.
