ReportRTS, real time ticket system

ReportRTS is a legacy Bukkit plugin that turns player requests into organized support and moderation tickets on a Minecraft server. Players can submit reports, while staff members receive notifications and review pending cases directly in game.

The system supports ticket statuses, comments, notes, reopening and closing requests, along with staff duty and notification management. Its messages are configurable, and developers can use events to connect it with other server tools. MySQL support helps store ticket data for larger communities, although the project targets older Minecraft releases and is no longer actively maintained. At BoxToPlay, we present it as a practical historical solution for classic server management.
