MobStacker, efficient mob stacking for Minecraft servers

MobStacker is a Minecraft server plugin created to reduce performance issues caused by crowded mob farms and grinders. It combines nearby mobs of the same type into a single visible stack, lowering the number of entities the server must track and clients must render. This can improve server responsiveness and player FPS in busy farming areas.

The stack quantity appears above the mob and can be customized with names, colors, and placeholders. Defeating a stacked mob reduces the quantity one by one while preserving normal loot and experience rewards. With configurable behavior and integrations for WorldGuard and mcMMO, our BoxToPlay team considers it a practical optimization for performance focused servers.
