The Winter Frontier is a story driven modpack for any dedicated Minecraft server set in a frozen post apocalyptic world where you must build your own survivor base. You manage temperature, thirst, fatigue and a realistic diet while scavenging ruined cities and hostile wilderness. Cold, hunger and infection are as dangerous as the undead, especially with progressive difficulty that empowers zombies with better gear, hordes and block breaking abilities. A hunting system, reworked loot tables, market trading and atmospheric sound design create a tense survival loop.
