ParticleHats is a highly customizable Java plugin for a Minecraft server, designed to give players decorative particle hats and animated trails. It supports Minecraft versions 1.8 to 26.1 and offers 18 built in effects, 76 particle types, plus custom effects made from PNG images.
Players can browse effects through configurable GUI menus, while administrators manage permissions, groups, worlds, NPC interactions, visibility, and temporary or permanent assignments.
