RPGItem, classic RPG gear for Minecraft

RPGItem is a legacy Bukkit plugin that transforms ordinary Minecraft equipment into role playing gear. It lets server owners create custom weapons and armor based on vanilla item types, giving players more distinctive equipment for survival, adventure, or progression focused gameplay.

Its main feature is unlimited durability for created items and armor, with configurable repair behavior and permission controls. Although the original project is an early and discontinued release, it can still inspire simple custom gear systems on a Minecraft server. At BoxToPlay, we present it as a lightweight option for adding an RPG touch to classic gameplay.
