Lionfish API, Very Light Animation API

Lionfish API is a lightweight library mod for Minecraft Java Edition, designed to provide animation functions for creatures, bosses, and other entities added by compatible mods. It is primarily a technical dependency rather than a content mod, so it does not introduce new blocks, items, or dimensions on its own.

Created for L_Ender’s animation ecosystem, it builds on ideas from Mowzie’s Mobs and Citadel while aiming to reduce unnecessary weight. It supports Forge and NeoForge on versions including 1.19.2, 1.20.1, and 1.21.1, with client and server compatibility. On BoxToPlay, it helps keep a modded Minecraft server ready for animation focused content and smoother modpack compatibility.
