One Heart is a Minecraft Java Edition datapack that reduces every player’s maximum health to a single heart. It removes the usual nine extra hearts, turning ordinary survival into a tense challenge where fall damage, hostile mobs, and small mistakes can end a run instantly.

Tested in single player survival, the datapack can also be combined with other datapacks and suits hardcore gameplay, dropper challenges, and custom maps.
