SmartBrainLib is a Java Edition mod library designed to make Minecraft’s Brain system easier to build, configure, and optimise. It is intended for developers creating entities with advanced artificial intelligence, rather than adding gameplay features on its own. The library supports Forge, Fabric, NeoForge, and Quilt, with server side and singleplayer compatibility.

Its tools include automatic memory handling, configurable sensors, reusable behaviours with callbacks, conditions, and cooldowns, plus safe behaviour changes during runtime. It also provides extra sensors, behaviours, memory types, and utility functions. For a Minecraft server managed with BoxToPlay, SmartBrainLib can support mods featuring richer and more responsive mob interactions.
