FlatlandsBuilder is a legacy Bukkit world generator that creates expansive, level terrain for planning, testing, and creative construction on a Minecraft server. Designed to work with Multiverse, it generates chunks only when needed, helping administrators create worlds without a fixed horizontal size.

Its main strength is customization: server owners can define terrain height and block types, including block data values, or generate a world made from a single material. Several generation modes support plot layouts and alternating borders. Released for older CraftBukkit versions, it is best suited to legacy setups.
