Sleep is a Java Edition Minecraft datapack that makes nighttime more flexible on a Minecraft server. It lets administrators choose whether the night ends after a configurable percentage or fixed number of players sleep, instead of requiring everyone to use a bed. The players currently sleeping appear above the hotbar, keeping the group informed at a glance.
Its settings also cover sleep notifications, night skipping or time warp behavior, night duration, and optional tick acceleration for faster transitions. AFK players can be excluded with the creator’s AFK Announcer project. At BoxToPlay, we recommend Sleep for communities seeking a smoother and more customizable survival routine.
