Mob Loot Variants is a Java Edition datapack that reworks the loot tables of mobs with cold and warm variants. Instead of every version dropping the same rewards, animals such as cows, pigs, and chickens can provide different quantities of items according to their variant. This creates a more meaningful link between environment, mob appearance, and resource gathering.
