ItemCap is a Java Edition plugin for Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, and Spigot that helps a Minecraft server preserve the rarity of powerful resources. Administrators can set global limits for items such as enchanted golden apples, maces, dragon eggs, or custom rewards, while optional per player caps prevent individual players from hoarding them.
