ChatColor is a Bukkit, Spigot plugin that lets players fully customise the colour and style of their chat messages on any Minecraft server. It supports classic Minecraft colours, modifiers like bold or italic, and even hex, gradient and rainbow effects, giving staff fine grained control through permissions and group presets. The plugin works from legacy versions up to Minecraft 1.21 and integrates with common chat formats without effort.
