Inside The system is a Java Edition horror adventure mod centered on Aiko, a mysterious companion in your survival journey. She follows you, fights mobs, collects items, gathers wood and ores, uses equipment, and reacts to your treatment through a trust system. Her inventory, Follow and Stay modes, and question panel make her an active partner rather than a decorative NPC.

The four act storyline offers six main endings and hidden outcomes. The full version also adds meta horror effects beyond Minecraft, including desktop changes, file creation, application launches, and possible IP logging. For an atmospheric Minecraft server, BoxToPlay delivers a memorable story driven experience, although players should understand these external interactions before playing.
