ImageMaps is a Bukkit plugin for a Java Minecraft server that turns custom pictures into in game maps displayed in item frames. It is useful for information panels, logos, decorative paintings, signs, galleries, and visual textures, allowing administrators to personalize large areas without building pixel art by hand.
The plugin divides images into 128 by 128 pixel sections, can resize them, and converts colors to Minecraft’s map palette, so the result may differ from the original. Images can be managed and refreshed through commands, while newer Minecraft versions support invisible, fixed, or glowing frames. At BoxToPlay, it adds a practical visual layer to your Minecraft server.
