Runway, richer Minecraft server messages

Runway is a Paper plugin that brings MiniMessage formatting to messages sent by other plugins, without requiring them to support it directly. Working at the protocol level, it can enhance chat notifications, menus, titles, subtitles, item names, lore, MOTD, tablist content, and selected scoreboard elements with colors, gradients, hover effects, and other visual details.

It also supports static custom placeholders, with optional PlaceholderAPI and MiniPlaceholders integration. Prefixes such as [mm], [p], and [actionbar] give administrators precise control over formatting and delivery.
