ChatRegulator, advanced chat moderation for Velocity

ChatRegulator is a Minecraft Java plugin for the Velocity proxy, created to keep conversations across a network orderly and safer. It analyzes player messages and selected commands with configurable regular expressions, detecting repeated text, excessive identical characters, spam patterns, and blocked commands.

Administrators can define cooldowns, percentage caps, and custom checks, while warnings appear as MiniMessage text, actionbars, or titles. An API and optional integrations such as MiniPlaceholders and SignedVelocity add flexibility.
