ScreamingTrees, make every tree fight back

ScreamingTrees is a humorous Bukkit plugin for a Minecraft server that gives trees a voice when players harvest them. Breaking, punching, or slashing a log can trigger a loud scream and bleeding effects, turning ordinary woodcutting into a memorable surprise. Trees may also speak to the player or throw apples, creating playful confusion during survival gameplay, seasonal events, or pranks.

Server staff can adjust the chances for screaming, bleeding, dialogue, and apple throwing, as well as the damage caused and the worlds or biomes affected.
