ItemRules, Granular Item Control for Minecraft Servers

ItemRules is a highly configurable Bukkit plugin that lets administrators control how, when, and where items and blocks can be used on a Minecraft server. Rules can govern picking up, crafting, placing, breaking, and using specific materials, with conditions based on worlds, player experience levels, permissions, ranks, or groups.

It also supports integrations with Factions and mcMMO, making it possible to unlock equipment through progression, limit resources by skill level, or tailor item access to factions and regions.
