ProtectAnimals, animal protection for Bukkit servers

ProtectAnimals is a lightweight Bukkit plugin designed to reduce animal griefing in protected areas. It works with WorldGuard regions, preventing players without build rights from damaging neutral animals and villagers. Tamed cats and wolves receive additional protection, while several interactions, including feeding, leashing, dyeing sheep, mounting horses, and throwing harmful potions, can also be blocked. Configurable animal types, bypass permissions, and simple commands such as /pa info and /pa reload give server staff practical control. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it mainly for older Minecraft server setups, with its final listed release supporting Minecraft 1.7.4.
