Value, automatic item pricing for Minecraft servers

Value is a Bukkit economy plugin that calculates an item’s price from the materials needed to craft it. Administrators only define the worth of basic “raw” items, while the plugin derives prices for crafted blocks, tools, and other recipes. If a base value changes, related items are recalculated automatically, making economic balancing much easier.

Players can check the value of the item they hold with /value, sell it according to the calculated price, or use trade signs for buying and selling. With Vault and an economy plugin, our BoxToPlay Minecraft server gains a practical pricing system that reduces repetitive configuration.
