Format is a Java Edition utility designed to simplify data pack creation, first released as a server plugin and later continued as the Format2.0 mod. Using a WorldEdit inspired selection tool, players choose two opposite corners in creative mode, then generate formatted output with commands such as /format nbt or /format json, with chat output ready to copy.
