Take a Rest, peaceful health regeneration
Take a Rest adds a simple recovery mechanic to your Minecraft server. This Java Edition datapack lets you restore health by crouching and remaining completely still for a short moment. Once the resting state begins, regeneration continues until you move or take damage, making quiet pauses useful during exploration, mining, or survival preparation.
