HelpMeAdvanced, a support plugin for Minecraft servers

HelpMeAdvanced is a Bukkit plugin that gives players a simple way to request staff assistance through the /helpme command. Operators and users with the helpmeadvanced.admin permission receive an alert, along with the player’s world and location, making it easier to respond quickly.

Requests are organized in a waiting list that staff can review, remove, or answer by teleporting directly to the selected player with /helpme goto. Players can also add a description, while configurable messages let administrators personalize the support experience.
