CBWrapper is a legacy Bukkit plugin that lets a Minecraft server execute commands from command blocks as if they came from a player. By using its command, documented as /cb in some releases and /cw in the project notes, it creates a temporary dummy player at the command block’s position, making player only commands available to automated systems.

Its main use is extending command block creations with tools such as WorldEdit, including selection, replacement, and shifting commands. Options can define a username, world, or execution coordinates, allowing separate sessions and remote operations. The dummy player has operator level permissions, so administrators should use it carefully. Originally released for CraftBukkit versions around 1.6.4 through 1.8.1, it suits legacy server setups.
