Eat a balanced diet, earn buffs. Nutriwork sorts every food into six tracks — fruit, veg, grain, meat, sugar, water — and rewards variety with Regeneration, Resistance, Haste and more. Diet-style depth, zero mods. 1.21–1.21.1.
