Click Auth is a lightweight offline authentication plugin for Java Edition servers running Bukkit, Paper, Purpur, or Spigot. It protects player accounts without relying on Mojang authentication, making it suitable for offline server setups. Players enter their password directly in chat, without login commands, and can be remembered automatically until their IP address changes. Passwords are salted and hashed with bcrypt, while IP addresses are protected with SHA256. Until authentication is complete, players cannot use commands, and the plugin offers extensive configuration, English and German language support, and password or session management tools.
