QuickBar+, inventory access from the hotbar

QuickBar+ is a lightweight Bukkit and Spigot plugin for Java Edition servers that makes your entire inventory accessible from the hotbar. Instead of opening the inventory whenever your active items change, you can scroll through up to 32 inventory slots, including the regular hotbar, and bring different rows into view.

This system is useful during combat, building, mining, and exploration, where quick item changes matter. Server administrators can manage access with permissions and commands, while OptInMode lets players activate the feature themselves.
