CombatControl is a classic Bukkit plugin that gives players and staff finer control over combat on a Minecraft server. Each player can toggle personal PvP with /pvp, while administrators can check or set player states, lock toggles, and manage permissions.

Its multiworld support lets staff define worlds where PvP is enabled, disabled, or where commands are restricted. A configurable cooldown can delay switching PvP off after activation. CombatControl suits servers that want peaceful areas and optional fights, although its compatibility targets are Minecraft 1.5.1 through 1.6.2.
