HelpTicket is a Bukkit plugin that gives players a clear way to report problems directly on a Minecraft server. Each request receives a unique identifier and can include comments, a priority level, and a status that staff can follow until resolution.

Administrators can list, search, assign, update, and close tickets, while teleporting to the reported location helps them inspect situations efficiently. Notifications keep players and staff informed, including after an offline player returns. Data can be stored with SQLite or MySQL, and messages and commands are configurable.
