Corpse, recover your items after death

Corpse is a Minecraft mod for Java Edition that replaces scattered death drops with a corpse appearing where the player died. It stores the full inventory, armor, offhand items, and player skin, while supporting an unlimited number of items. Right clicking opens the container, and a transfer option returns everything to its original slots, making recovery clear and convenient on a Minecraft server.

The corpse cannot burn in lava, fall into the void, or sink in liquids. After one hour, it becomes a skeleton without losing its functionality. A death history records previous deaths, locations, and dimensions, with recovery tools available in creative mode. Forge and NeoForge support make it a practical addition to our BoxToPlay server experience.
