Ore Detector Compass is a Minecraft Java Edition datapack that adds a progression based ore detection tool to survival gameplay. The detector uses particles to guide you toward nearby ore instead of revealing blocks directly, making mining more focused without turning exploration into a simple wall scanner.

As you improve it with Seeking I, II, or III, the tool can identify ore types, indicate distance through signal strength, extend its detection range, and reduce its cooldown. The detector can be crafted or obtained as a possible Warden drop, while Seeking books may come from librarians or loot.
