Mob Swords, unique weapons inspired by mobs

Mob Swords is a Minecraft Java Edition datapack that adds 20 custom swords, each based on a different mob. Every weapon includes two unique abilities reflecting its creature, creating varied combat options for survival, exploration, and challenges on a Minecraft server. More expensive recipes produce more powerful effects, while every sword matches the strength of a Sharpness V diamond sword.

Each sword can be crafted only once, and the weapons cannot be enchanted. An in game index explains their abilities, while an optional knockback setting lets players adjust combat behavior. At BoxToPlay, this datapack brings a fresh layer of strategy to vanilla gameplay, with compatibility for Minecraft 1.21.6 to 1.21.8.
