HealthActionBar is a lightweight Nukkit plugin for a Minecraft server that displays your current health directly in the action bar. It shows the amount of health remaining out of 20, together with a percentage, so players can assess their condition without opening menus or checking the HUD.
The display changes color according to health level, using green for good health, orange for medium health, and red when health is low. With no commands or permissions required, it offers a simple gameplay improvement for survival, PvP, and minigame servers.
