BladeTalisman is a Nukkit plugin for a Minecraft server running Bedrock Edition. It adds customizable talismans that grant passive bonuses while held in the off hand, including extra health, movement speed, and armor. Server teams can define each item through configuration, choosing its identifier, display name, lore, attributes, colors, and enchantment glow.

Talismans use the totem of undying material, while their effects are applied automatically and removed when the item leaves the off hand or the player disconnects. With BoxToPlay, this compact gameplay addition helps build progression, survival, or PvP systems around collectible equipment.
