What The Bucket is a practical Minecraft mod that corrects an old crafting inconsistency. Normally, water buckets leave an empty bucket when used in a recipe, while several other filled buckets can disappear entirely. The mod makes affected vanilla containers return an empty bucket as expected, helping preserve resources during crafting.
It covers fish buckets, axolotl and tadpole buckets, plus powder snow buckets, and works on both the client and server with Fabric, Forge, Quilt, and NeoForge. On a Minecraft server, installing it server side applies the fix to connecting players, including vanilla clients. We recommend it through BoxToPlay for smoother, more reliable modded survival.
