Torch hit!

Torch hit! is a Minecraft mod that turns torches into practical emergency weapons. Strike an enemy with a torch in your main hand to inflict fire damage, or keep a torch in your offhand while attacking with a compatible tool. This simple mechanic makes cave exploration more flexible, since lighting and defense no longer compete for the same hand.

The mod supports many modded torches and candles, with configurable burn duration, item behavior, and damage balance. Optional integrations can give Soul Fire and copper flames their own effects. For a more dynamic Minecraft server, our BoxToPlay team recommends it as a light survival enhancement.
