Ponderer, In Game Tutorial Authoring for Minecraft

Ponderer is a Minecraft mod that lets players, modpack creators, and server administrators design interactive Ponder tutorials directly inside the game. Its visual editor supports scenes with text, structures, entities, sounds, camera movements, highlights, block changes, and interface demonstrations, while hot reload makes testing and refinement much faster.

Scenes use editable JSON data and can be exchanged between clients and servers, making collaboration practical for a Minecraft server or modpack team.
