Sooty Chimneys, atmospheric smoke for your Minecraft server

Sooty Chimneys is a Java Edition mod inspired by campfires that adds decorative Brick, Cobblestone, Mud Brick, Stone Brick, Iron, Copper, and Terracotta chimneys. Each chimney produces animated smoke, making houses, workshops, factories, and villages feel more lively without changing the core survival experience.

Over time, chimneys become covered in soot, which can be scraped away with an axe and may provide Black Dye. Smoke reacts to wind, rain, thunder, and nighttime conditions. Redstone can stop emission, empty handed interaction can block the flow, and stacked chimneys can create signal smoke. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for atmospheric Minecraft server builds.
