Onion Onion is a lighthearted Java Edition mod and Farmer’s Delight add on that gives onions a memorable gameplay role. Using a cutting board and knife, players can slice onions into rings, creating a cloud that irritates nearby creatures and may even cause damage.

Depending on its configuration, the effect can make Ghasts shed tears, turn obsidian into crying obsidian, or encourage nearby weeping vines to grow. The mod also adds a few onion focused foods, advancements, entity tags, and protection for helmets that cover the eyes. It supports Fabric, Forge, and NeoForge on selected versions, making it a flavorful addition to a Minecraft server managed with BoxToPlay.
