No Tree Punching, a More Believable Start

No Tree Punching is a Minecraft mod for Java Edition that makes survival’s opening feel more grounded. Its defining rule is simple: blocks generally provide no drops when broken without the appropriate tool, so punching a tree is no longer enough to begin. Instead, players gather sticks from leaves, mine gravel for flint, shape flint on exposed stone, and craft primitive tools such as a knife, axe, pickaxe, hoe, and shovel.
