mutil is a utility library for Minecraft Java Edition, created by mickelus to centralize reusable components shared by his mods. It does not add a standalone gameplay system, but provides technical foundations used by projects such as tetra, helping them work consistently.

Its features include data management tools, network utilities, and hierarchical interface rendering with animation support and anchor based layouts. Versions for Minecraft 1.19 and later also include a configurable perks query system for contributor cosmetics. It supports client and server play through Forge and NeoForge, making it a useful dependency for a modded Minecraft server managed with BoxToPlay.
