GroovyModLoader (GML) is a NeoForge language provider that lets developers create Minecraft Java Edition mods with Groovy rather than writing everything in Java. It acts as a library and loader, recognizes Groovy mod declarations such as @GMod, and connects them to NeoForge’s mod and event buses.

GML bundles Groovy libraries and useful modules for standard utilities, JSON, TOML, templates, date tools, and type checking. It supports client and server environments across selected Forge and NeoForge versions.
